The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the results of the study lie in the fact that for the first time the state of studying the problem of formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of professional training of a music teacher was revealed; the structure of the student's educational trajectory in the process of professional training of a music art teacher was developed, which consisted of system interaction of structural components: individual-potential, motivational-target, communicative, reflexive-regulatory, content-technological.
The criteria for the formation of the components of an individual educational trajectory are determined, which are characterized in levels of formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of professional training of music teacher: reproductive (low), productive-search (medium), individual-creative (high).
The essence and the definition of the concept of “individual educational trajectory” as the individual procedurally-effective movement of the applicant of the professional (pedagogical) education have been specified, due to the purpose of the self-realization in the educational activities through the choice of the educational program, the educational components, the methods, the forms, the tempos of the mastery of the results of the teaching, the types and the technologies of the communication with other subjects of the educational activity.
The system of the pedagogical principles has been concretized, which provides the effectiveness of the solution of the question of the formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of the professional preparation of the teacher of the musical art (humanization, duality of education, transparency, flexibility and variability, phasing), which have been supplemented by the author's principles (active individualization, vectorness, transpectivity, transcommunication and positive orientation).
The pedagogical conditions of the formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of the professional preparation of the teacher of the musical art have been elaborated (implementation of multifaceted educational interaction with the student; the involvement of the students in the reviewing and in the improvement of the educational programs; the realization of the organizational ideas of the dual education; the renewal of the contents of the activities and the general functions of the curator, the actualization by the student of the acquired experience of the success in the process of the professional education).
The format of the interaction and the vectors of the communication in the process of the professional education have been acquired further development.
The functions of the pedagogue-curator have been renewed and improved (informative-organizational, managerial, developmental, educational, motivational, prognostic, design (projective), communicative-therapeutic, corrective, culturological, communicative-therapeutic) and his positional roles (“pedagogue-designer”, “pedagogue-preceptor”, “pedagogue-consultant”, “pedagogue-emotional buffer”, “pedagogue-tutor”,“pedagogue-coach”,“pedagogue-adviser”,“pedagogue-coordinator”).
The technology of the designing and the realization of the system providing of the process of the professional preparation has been elaborated; it is the didactic design consisting of the interdependent elements (educational-methodical, content-technological, communicative, activity-creative and reflexive-regulatory).
The stages of the formation of the individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of the professional preparation of the teacher of the musical art (propaedeutic, individual-target, content-technological, realization-presentation, reflexive-regulatory) have been designed, which have their own purpose, tasks, which determine the activity of the components of the individual educational trajectory, which activate the realization of the pedagogical conditions and the elements of the didactic design.
The practical significance of the study is to develop and experimentally test the methodology of forming an individual educational trajectory of the student in the process of professional training of music teachers, which is a holistic pedagogical system consisting of various forms (workshops (team building, discussion groups, trainings), focus groups, creative projects, master classes, etc.) and ways of training organizing (active network communication, use of multi-vector communication), sustainable methods (explanatory-illustrative method, logical-analytical methods, heuristic method, brainstorming method, method of generating ideas, method of discussions, etc.) and original methods (cognitive focus method, reflexive-regulatory method, vector perspective method, individual timing method), pedagogical conditions.
