The essence of the basic concepts of the sphere of economic security of the
enterprise with the establishment of a causal relationship between them is analyzed
and clarified: "challenges", "risks", "threats", "dangers". Based on the theoretical
substantiation and logical decomposition, the classification of these categories is
developed and refined, which complements the theoretical platform for the
formation of a system for ensuring the economic security of the motor transport
enterprise.
In order to systematize the applied basis of economic security of motor
transport enterprises, a classification of destabilizing factors of external and internal
environment impact on economic security of the enterprise is presented, which will
facilitate their early identification, development and implementation of effective
preventive measures to prevent or minimize negative impact motor transport
enterprise.
According to the results of comparative analysis of theoretical and
methodological support for assessing the level of economic safety, taking into
account the sectoral features of economic safety of motor transport enterprises, their
main advantages are highlighted, which allowed to form a number of requirements
to meet the methodological approach the level of reliability of the assessment; taking
into account the variability of the environment of the enterprise; availability of data
to calculate the required indicators; relative ease of implementation and use; taking
into account the industry characteristics of the enterprise.
A methodical approach to assessing the level of economic security of a motor
transport enterprise has been developed, which is based on the development and
application of early warning tests - a system of comparing actual performance
indicators with a reasonable and proposed system of indicators to determine the level
of economic security. , which provides an opportunity to comprehensively assess the
level of economic security of the transport company. The advantage of this approach
is the possibility of its prompt and regular use, which allows you to effectively
identify vulnerabilities of the enterprise and to form measures to prevent or minimize
the impact of destabilizing factors on the economic security of the enterprise.
Based on the developed scientific and methodological approach, the level of
economic security of motor transport enterprises was assessed by testing twenty
motor transport enterprises of Ukraine. According to the results of the evaluation, it
is determined that most of the surveyed enterprises, whose activities are aimed at
cargo transportation, have a satisfactory state of economic security and sufficient
grounds for further increasing the volume of services, increasing efficiency to
increase their economic security.
In order to make effective management decisions to ensure the economic
security of motor transport enterprises formed a scientific and practical approach to
determining the impact of destabilizing factors on economic safety of enterprises,
which involves the selection of a group of relevant factors that have the greatest
impact on motor transport enterprises. The strength of their actual impact on the
economic security of motor transport enterprises is calculated by symbiosis of a triad
of characteristics: the impact force, the probability of occurrence and the synergistic
impact force.
The optimization modeling of normalization of the level of economic security
of enterprises on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets and the theory of fuzzy logic
is carried out. Given the different nature of the indicators of economic security of
the enterprise in accordance with the developed method of its assessment, because
of the absence of a clear relationship between qualitative and quantitative
characteristics, Mamdani's logical inference is applied and set of rules based on
modeling. The presented model allows to determine the sufficiency of the
components to achieve the required level of the resulting indicator of economic
security of the enterprise.
Based on scientific and methodological substantiation, preventive
organizational and economic measures are proposed, the introduction of which helps
to minimize the impact of external and internal destabilizing factors, which ensures
the stability of motor transport enterprises and satisfies the interests of the enterprise
and increases its economic security.
