The dissertation research is devoted to the decision of a scientific and applied problem concerning formation of organizational and economic bases of adaptive management of the personnel of the enterprise.
The first section of the research «Theoretical and methodological principles of adaptive management personnel of the enterprise» was researched dissertation works accomplished on the subject of personnel management and adaptive management in the following areas: number of protected dissertations on the subject of personnel management company dynamics; types of dissertations (candidate / doctoral dissertation); specialties for which dissertations are defended; institutions where protection was provided; geography of research; areas of application of research results.
The second section of the dissertation research «Theoretical and methodological principles of modeling and evaluation of adaptive personnel management of a construction company» examines the development of construction in Ukraine and staffing of the industry, the results of which highlight the main trends. The groups are grouped by clusters and the relationship between the volume of construction and the number of employees in the region is determined.
The types of personnel management of construction companies of Kharkiv region according to the developed algorithm based on the application of the method of Blake and Mouton management lattice, which is represented by five basic management styles: primitive management; social leadership; production and social management; authoritarian leadership; team leadership. According to the results of analysis and positioning of enterprises in the matrix, it was found that preference is given to the team management style with a greater focus on production.
Built adaptive organizational structure HR construction company that takes into account the specifics of construction enterprises and provides organizational include HR department to the management of the construction firm, which is subordinate manager’s management department personnel in and functional departments of Human Resources company, which in its functioning can provide the appropriate level of adaptation of the company's staff.
A methodical approach to assessing the level of adaptability of the organizational structure of personnel management of a construction enterprise, which is based on certain levels of flexibility of the organizational structure of personnel management as the effectiveness of adaptation, consisting of the following stages: study of basic characteristics and features of organizational structure of personnel management; determination of external and internal factors influencing the organizational structure of personnel management; determination of indicators by factors influencing the organizational structure of personnel management; formation of a system of evaluation indicators and indicators of the level of adaptability of the organizational structure; formation of a matrix of standardized indicators, each component of which is a synthetic indicator; formation of standards, optimal or maximum (minimum) possible values of indicators; calculation of an integrated indicator that allows to determine the level of flexibility of the organizational structure of personnel management .
A methodical approach to assessing the level of adaptation of construction company personnel, which, unlike the existing ones, involves assessing the level of personnel capabilities due to their satisfaction with working conditions and management, is based on an expert method based on which a score matrix is formed and transformed into a rank matrix for each ability, calculation of the integrated indicator of staff satisfaction with working conditions and the level and nature of management, the obtained rating, calculation of the integrated indicator of the level of staff adaptation and compilation of the payment matrix of strategies based on mathematical modeling.
In the third section of the dissertation research «Assessment of adaptive personnel management» the assessment of the adaptability of the organizational structure of personnel management and adaptation of personnel of the construction company. A sample of construction enterprises of Kharkiv region was formed to test scientific and methodological approaches. According to the evaluation results, it is determined that a high and normal level of adaptability of organizational management structures in the studied group of enterprises prevails.
