The dissertation is devoted to the study of partnership relations between Ukraine and the Baltic States – Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia – in the field of security and information. To this end, the paper examines the history of formation and development of interstate partnership between these actors with an emphasis on the nature of relations that developed after the events of 2014 when the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation highlighted the need to deepen cooperation between the Baltic and Black Sea states.
