Radchuk T. Mechanisms of public management of innovative economic development

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical solution of the scientific problem on improvement of mechanisms of public management of innovative development of economy of Ukraine. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of scientific research is formed in the work by defining concepts such as "innovation", "innovative development", "mechanisms of public management of innovative economic development". Theoretical bases of formation of mechanisms of public management of innovative development of economy are opened and practical recommendations of its improvement are substantiated. Systematization of the principles of innovative economic development allowed to determine the functions and practical tasks of the subjects of public administration mechanisms. The system of classification of mechanisms of public management of innovative development of economy is presented and the organizational, economic, legal, informational and social mechanisms regulating directions of activity of their subjects are described in detail. The vectors of providing state support for innovation activity of domestic economic entities in the modern conditions of knowledge economy formation and globalization are determined. Quantitative indicators and dynamics of innovative development of Ukraine 's economy are analyzed. The study found that the key areas of financial support for public innovation policy in most countries are budget funding and investment funds.
