Mykhailov M. Mechanisms for improving the electoral process in Ukraine

In the dissertation the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and practical bases of mechanisms of improvement of electoral process in system of multilevel public management in Ukraine is carried out. Based on the study of scientific literature, an analysis of the evolution of the electoral process at different stages of the historical development of state formation; the conceptual field is specified and the source base of research in the field of public administration is systematized; scientific approaches to the study of mechanisms for improving the electoral process, which will contribute to their classification in the field of knowledge "Public Administration"; the mechanisms of improvement of the electoral process in Ukraine are characterized, having singled out the tools and technologies of their implementation in the system of multilevel public administration; studied and summarized the best world experience in improving the electoral process at various levels and establish opportunities for its implementation in Ukraine; the prospects of introduction of electronic elections in the conditions of digital democracy in Ukraine are substantiated.
