Sapiha V. Formation and implementation of state policy by soldier`s socialization in a military area in Ukraine

Object: socialization of servicemen in the military environment in Ukraine. The aim is to substantiate scientific and theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations for public authorities to unify the mechanisms of implementation of the state policy of socialization of servicemen in the military environment in Ukraine at the present stage. Methods: analytical, systemic, comparative and comparative-prognostic, generalization, modeling. Results: the actual problem is solved in the work, which is to substantiate the formation of scientific and theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations for public authorities to improve the implementation of state policy of socialization of servicemen in the military environment in Ukraine at the present stage. Novelty: the main theoretical provisions, conclusions and recommendations of the dissertation research can be implemented during the formation and implementation of state social policy by public authorities, commanders of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military-patriotic public associations and volunteer organizations. Further development: substantiation of the implementation of the basic principles of gender policy in the military environment, which consists in the formation of socio-value orientations of the social space of servicemen and procedural norms and patterns of behavior in the context of integration into NATO standards as a means of promoting public consciousness and social solidarity, scientific and applied provisions of socialization processes in the military environment to ensure regulated and coordinated social adaptation, as one of the foundations of socialization in the military environment, which is to systematize patriotic education of the younger generation in reforming the Armed Forces of Ukraine through public influence and military training, formulation of social partnership in the armed forces for the effective implementation of state policy of socialization in the military environment with systematization modern fundamental and applied research on the expansion of socialization at the present stage of reforms in the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to the involvement of public institutions and volunteer organizations.
