Hurskyi M. Mechanisms of state financial regulation of the agro-industrial complex

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and practical task of improving the mechanisms of state financial regulation of the agro - industrial complex. In the course of the research the theoretical, practical and organizational questions of formation of mechanisms of the state financial regulation of an agro-industrial complex are considered, the scientific and methodical approaches to an estimation of efficiency of such mechanism are systematized. As a result of the research the directions of improvement of tools of mechanisms of the state financial regulation of an agroindustrial complex are revealed, the complex of strategic measures of organizational and economic maintenance of functioning of mechanisms of the state financial regulation of an agroindustrial complex is recommended. The current state of financial regulation of agro-industrial complex development in Ukraine is assessed. Modern tools of mechanisms of state financial regulation of agro-industrial complex are analyzed. Problems of functioning of mechanisms of financial regulation of agro - industrial complex in Ukraine are revealed. A scientific and methodological approach to a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of mechanisms of state financial regulation of the agro-industrial complex, based on a set of financial indicators and subjective factors.
