Kryzyna O. Mecanizms of public administration of the pathological anatomical service of Ukraine in conditions of health system reforming

In the dissertation, the theoretical substantiation of the mechanisms of state administration of the pathoanatomical service of Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations for their further improvement in conditions of reforming the health care provision. For the first time, a comprehensive scientific task is solved with the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles of state administration of the pathoanatomical service of Ukraine to ensure its effective functioning in the diagnostic process with the use of normative-legal, organizational and functional, resource, information and communication mechanisms. On the basis of the analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists, the historical and scientific and theoretical approaches to the formation of a pathoanatomical service are determined, which made it possible to systematize data on the state of functioning of the pathoanatomical service in Ukraine and European countries. It was revealed that despite the existing scientific developments on the study issue, in scientific domestic and foreign sources has not yet acquired a holistic reflection of theoretical aspects of formation, development, functioning and improvement of mechanisms of public administration by the pathoanatomical service as an object of public administration
