Klymenko A. Conseptual basis of the formation of social credibility in Ukraine on the level of territoral commune

The dissertation research presents the solution of the actual scientific problem of substantiation of conceptual bases of formation of social trust ot the level of territorial communities. The relevance of solving the scientific problem of the dissertation is due to the presence of a scientific problem that has not yet found systematic coverage in homegrown and foreign literature, has not become the object of close attention by local governments, politicians and the public. At the same time, it is obvious, that a qualitative analysis of the current state of local self-government development, based on understanding of the conceptual foundations of social trust at the territorial community level, based on their effectiveness, will promote democratic processes in community governance and further democratization of the society. The most significant results of the dissertation research, which constitute a scientific novelty, reveal the essence of the work and its practical significance are the following: - scientifically justified conceptual approaches to the formation of social trust at the level of the territorial community, which is examined through the trust of citizens regarding the government, identified entities that provide social services in the community and objects of social trust that improve the quality of social services; - were defined the scientific directions of improvement of processes of rendering of social services at the level of territorial community by means of organizational, coordination, institutional, personnel resources of community; - were enumerated the tools of formation of social trust, which are able to improve the quality of social services, through the provision of administrative influence by local governments, in order to develop the territorial community and the formation of social trust among its inhabitants.
