The dissertation work is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and applied problem of developing a mechanism of intellectualization of the management of the competitiveness of corporations in the target international markets in the conditions of Economy 4.0. In today's realities, the globalization of the international economy, the need to ensure the international competitiveness of goods, corporations and countries leads to increased attention in science and practice to the activation of innovative and intellectual development at all levels of management. The formation of a new economy - the economy of knowledge, leads to constant technological improvement of production processes, commercialization of innovations, growth of production and export of intellectual and high-tech products. We believe that in modern conditions, when the priority role in gaining competitive positions of corporations on international markets belongs to intellectual (first of all, human) capital, the actual task is the formation and implementation of mechanisms of intellectualization of corporate strategies of international companies in the conditions of Economy 4.0. The purpose of the work is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the process of intellectualization of corporate strategies on target international markets in the conditions of Economy 4.0 and the disclosure of the scientific and practical foundations of the model of intellectualization of the management of the competitiveness of international corporations. The object of the study is the process of intellectualization of corporate strategies on target international markets in the conditions of Economy 4.0. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and applied issues of formation of the mechanism of intellectualization of the management of the competitiveness of corporations on the target international markets. The dissertation made a theoretical generalization and proposed a solution to an important scientific and applied task regarding the formation, improvement, and methodological and practical foundations of the intellectualization of corporate strategies on target international markets in the conditions of the 4.0 economy. In particular, scientific and practical provisions were developed to substantiate the model of intellectualization of management the competitiveness of corporations on target international markets, taking into account the system of intellectualization of the choice of optimal strategies and the implementation of the concept of "Intellectualization of HR-management" into the practice of the corporation management system.
