Essay

The relevance of the topic of Thesis’s is due to the reaction of the world community to the updating of the rights of nationalities, the adoption in 2019 by the UN GC the Resolution, according to which the period of 2022 − 2032 years is defined as the «International Decade of Indigenous Peoples». In Ukraine, among distinguishing measures of improving the conceptual approaches of State regulation, the Constituent International Summit of the Crimean Platform and the creation of an online platform the «National Corps of the Crimean Tatar Language», adoption of the Law «On the indigenous peoples of Ukraine», approval the «Concept of development and popularization», approval of the National Human Rights Strategy and the National Strategy for Promoting Civil Society Development in Ukraine for 2021 - 2026. These activities are evidenced, that public policy in regulation the ethnic environment as a whole and the development of nationalities in particular, continues to remain an important area.
