In the context of instability of modern processes and the need for a quick recovery of Ukraine after the war, the rational use of intellectual resources in the field of public administration, in particular knowledge and experience, becomes even more important. Knowledge is a key reserve for the effective functioning of local self-government bodies and ensuring the sustainable development of territorial communities.
