Essay

The dissertation researched the topical scientific topic of institutionalization of mediation in public administration in Ukraine and proposed practical recommendations for its implementation based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience, normative legal documents and scientific literature. The first chapter of the dissertation research «Theoretical foundations of the institutionalization of mediation in public administration in Ukraine» revealed the essence of the problem in scientific research, analyzed the phenomenon and determined the content of the institutionalization of mediation in public administration - a process of continuous transformation and improvement of certain norms, rules, standards that consist in the development of a single mediation space, which will become one of the means aimed at effective resolution of conflicts in the field of public administration. The classification of conflicts in public administration is outlined and the choice of the importance of consideration and research of the conflict between public administration bodies and civil society is justified. The state of development of the problem of conflict interaction between public administration bodies and civil society in the modern scientific discourse was studied and the content of the main concepts of the study was revealed. The author's vision of the content of the concepts: «conflict interaction of public administration bodies and civil society» is formulated; «civil society leaders».
