Parfeniuk T. Peculiarities of the interaction of interested parties in the development of public policy in the energy sector of Ukraine.

The dissertation solves the urgent scientific task of substantiating theoretical and applied provisions regarding the peculiarities of the interaction of interested parties in the development of public policy in the energy sector of Ukraine, as well as the development of practical recommendations for its improvement. In the first chapter of the dissertation «Theoretical foundations of the study of the interaction of interested parties in the development of public policy» the essential content of the modern public policy of the state, in particular its important component - public policy in the energy sphere, is disclosed; conceptual approaches to researching the process of interaction of interested parties in the development of public policy are analyzed. The conceptual and terminological apparatus of public administration science has been improved. In particular, the dissertation proposes an integrated definition of the concept of «interested parties in the energy sector», namely: these are groups of interests (business structures, non-governmental organizations, scientific institutions and experts, sectoral public administration bodies, etc.) involved in the regulatory process of public policy development in the energy sector and which in one way or another directly or indirectly affect each other and determine the mutual orientation of actions in the processes of implementing this policy.
