Koshliak I. Institutionalization of peolpe's self-­management committees as subjects of local self-­government in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific problem for the theory and practice of the science of public administration­ systematization of the theoretical and methodological provisions of the institutionalization of the population’s self­-organization bodies as subjects of local self­-government and the development of practical recommendations on improving the use of the potential of the population’s self­-organization bodies in the territorial communities of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is primarily conditioned by the fact that the population’s self­-organization bodies in territorial communities play an important role in ensuring the democratic development of the country because at the same time they are a component of civil society and the system of local self­-government, and in the conditions of a full ­scale war they acquire special importance. As the conducted studies prove, the activities of the population’s self­-organization bodies in territorial communities are characterized by a number of significant destabilizing factors and problems of their provision, most of which are associated with ambiguity regarding the definition of the status of such bodies, peculiarities of their formation and normalization of the activities.
