The dissertation has been researched the problem of forming realistic professional achievements of future psychologists in master's training and proposed a new approach to its solution which includes the model of forming realistic professional achievements of future psychologists in master's training. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, sources from sociology and management, the theoretical foundations of the formation of realistic professional achievements of future psychologists have been discovered. Their basis is fundamental scientific sources which specify the main definitions of the study such as "personal achievement", "professional expectations and achievement ", "types of professional realization of a psychologist", "career of a
psychologist", "realism of professional achievements of a psychologist", "model", "model of formation of realistic professional achievements of future psychologists". It has been proven scientific developments regarding the preparation of future psychologists with adequate self-esteemate, the ability to plan life prospects and implement a professional career; the achievements of modern
scientists and the experience of practitioners which present the effectiveness of reflection on the processes of employment of psychologists, the practical significance of the analysis of personal compliance of psychologists with the
requirements of employers. The essence of the basic concept "professional achievement of the individual"
has been determined as a formation based on life achievements which represent the attitude of a person to himself as a social unit: highlighting the important aspects of social realization, awareness of one's own values, goals, ways of their realization; awareness and activation of relevant resources as tools for achieving the goal. The structural components of the studied education are substantiated:
motivational and goal-awareness of the professional goal (concreteness, personal significance, ability to correct the goal; focus on success in achievements); cognitive – knowledge about the life and professional perspective, the self-concept of the individual, the role of self-esteem and demands in self-realization; professional career, requirements for a specialist by profession/position; personal
and technological (mastering the techniques of reflection, introspection of activity results, strategic and tactical planning of a professional career; activity in acquiring additional competencies). The levels of formation of realistic professional achievements of future psychologists (low, medium, high) have been determined and their content has been disclosed. The model of the formation of realistic professional achievements of future psychologists has been substantiated theoretically as a specially organized interaction of participants in the pedagogical process which ensures the cognitive and practical readiness of future psychologists for professional implementation based on the identification of realistic professional demands; the components of the specified model have been determined: conceptual-target, content-active and result-evaluative.
