Essay

The dissertation is devoted to developing and substantiating theoretical and methodological support and practical recommendations for forming mechanisms of motivational influence in the organizational culture system. In the first chapter, we delve into the modern concept of motivation mechanisms in the enterprise, enhancing its understanding. We also determine the pivotal role of organizational culture in the formation of motivational mechanisms and substantiate the innovative use of the theory of generations as a basis for building an effective mechanism of motivation in the organizational culture of the enterprise. The existing approaches to understanding the concept of motivation are summarized, and the vision of the researched category is given through biological, emotional, social, and cognitive activators. The main theories of motivation are considered, a generalization of approaches to understanding the mechanism phenomenon in economic science; the structure of the concept of "mechanism of motivational influence" is considered through keywords. The structure of the mechanism of motivational influence of the enterprise is proposed, which includes the subject of influence, motivational influence, which includes levers and methods, and the object of influence as the behavior of personnel based on the system of primary and derived needs and interests. A classification of mechanisms of motivational influence was developed according to the nature of priority activators and types of methods. An analysis of the structure of the category "organizational culture" was carried out, where the decisive role of the concepts of "leadership" and "innovation" was determined. In the second chapter of the work the macroeconomic trends of the formation of motivational mechanisms in the activity of the enterprise are considered, the influencing factors on the formation and development of the organizational culture of business in Ukraine are substantiated, an assessment of the current state of motivation and the development of organizational culture at enterprises. In the second chapter, a study of the development of enterprises' business environments was conducted using factor analysis. As a result, the composition and content of external factors influencing the conditions of formation and the level of development of the organizational culture of business in Ukraine were obtained, which are determined by the following components: the potential of economic and digital business development and the availability of personnel (F1), income from labor and the expected life expectancy of the population (F2); the intensity of investment processes and youth employment (F3). A survey of the current state of motivational processes and the development of organizational culture at enterprises was conducted, and questions were determined regarding the goals of establishing labor relations, the specifics of their work, professional path, and business strategic aspects of the enterprise, etc., were analyzed. In the third section, the type of organizational culture of the enterprise was evaluated, the construction of mechanisms of motivational influence in the enterprise was presented, methodological principles were provided for managing risks related to motivation in the system organizational culture of the enterprise. In the third section of the study, it was established that developing modern and effective mechanisms of motivational influence in the context of the enterprise's organizational culture is a complex task. This process has been identified as a multi-component system that includes social, economic, organizational, and psychological initiatives and techniques aimed at increasing staff satisfaction by meeting their needs to achieve individual and corporate goals. It was revealed that critical importance should be given to analyzing and correlating labor activity results with the personnel's basic needs, which are characterized by individual, age, and typological differences. Based on the analysis, the sequence and content of the risk management stages in the context of the mechanism of motivational influence were determined, taking into account the specifics of the organizational culture of a particular enterprise. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact by the following certificates: "Konstanta Furniture Factory" LLC (certificate № 03/07 dated 12/20/2023); "Grand DVS" LLC (certificate № 11/06 dated November 15, 2023). In the educational process of the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in the teaching of the discipline "Theory of Organization" and "Self-Management" in the preparation of bachelors in the specialty "Management" of educational of the "Business Administration" program (certificate № 23/86-20-69/1 dated December 13, 2023).
