The dissertation examines the conceptual basis of the formation of the worldview of creativity through the prism of creativity techniques that affect the effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of the theory of effectiveness in the aspect of creativity of activity is considered, by visualizing the evolution of the term "creativity" in a two-dimensional coordinate system and illustrating the relationships between the cause and effect of creativity. The dissertation offers a conceptual approach to determining the configuration of the development of creativity techniques in innovative entrepreneurship based on the latest theoretical support for creativity and the application of the morphological analysis method, in accordance with the principles and algorithms of synectics in solving inventive tasks
