The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: improved: - the concept of "urban eclectic transport", which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the use of the method of monographic analysis and makes it possible to consider UET as a system of passenger transportation in which electric means of transport are used to ensure convenient, environmentally friendly and efficient movement within the urban environment, which may include modern electric buses, trams, trolleybuses, electric bicycles, electric scooters and other vehicles powered by electric energy and used to transport passengers in the middle of cities; acquired further development: - factors affecting the entrepreneurial potential of urban electric transport enterprises, taking into account the implementation of the system of ballastless construction of tram tracks, modernization of fixed assets, assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise and the specific weight of intangible assets in the non-current assets of the enterprise as a component of the innovative development of the enterprise; - information and analytical support for managing business processes at tram track enterprises by determining factors, developing models and applying modern methods, taking into account the joint use of electronic systems (GPS-navigation 9 and AFPS), which, unlike the existing one, allows to increase the efficiency of the interaction of urban enterprises public passenger transport with entities of the external environment, operation and further development of automated systems of payment of fares in public transport; - a methodical approach to the integral assessment of the entrepreneurial potential of urban electric transport enterprises, taking into account the implementation of the system of ballastless construction of tram tracks, based on the definition of an integral indicator by types of transport, which allows taking into account the peculiarities of all types of urban electric transport, formulating measures to increase the efficiency of investment directions with the application radar method (or polygon of competitiveness).
