Dudchak H. P. Preparation of future masters of specialty 011 «Educational and pedagogical sciences» for the application of modern management technologies in professional activity. – Qualifying scientific work on manuscript rights. Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 011 «Educational and pedagogical sciences». – Classical private university, Zaporizhzhia, 2024. The dissertation examines the problem of training future masters in specialty 011 «Educational, Pedagogical Sciences» in order to apply modern management technologies in professional activity; it also proposes a new approach to the solution of the problem. It is shown that the diversity and significant scale of research on the problems of training future masters of the specialty 011 «Educational and Pedagogical Sciences» are, unfortunately, too slowly transformed into the high quality of professional activity of its most massive category of graduates which are teachers of higher education institutions. The conducted analysis allows us to state that among the known extra-pedagogical reasons for such a situation (COVID-19, the war with the Russian Federation, digitalization) there are also purely pedagogical ones. In particular, this is the fact that future scientific and pedagogical workers are unprepared to take a leadership position in the profession, which would be based on a reliable foundation of competence. It is justified that the basis of such competence can be the use of modern management technologies. The study of scientific and pedagogical sources and educational programs of Ukrainian universities made it possible to state the presence of regulatory framework, social and humanitarian grounds and reasons to reduce the dependence on the individual skills of teachers of higher education and the need for greater technological advancement in the performance of their organizational, project, administrative and other functions, which will contribute to the effective achievement of pedagogical goals and improvement of the quality of higher education.
