The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the peculiarities of the psychological support of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises in the pre-war period and in the conditions of war.
Based on the analysis of scientific approaches to the psychological support of professional health of specialists in different periods of professional activity, the following assumption is made. In the current special conditions of martial law, the professional health of managers of trade enterprises depends on external stressful factors and internal psychological and psychophysiological features of their subjective perception. The theoretical analysis of the study of the psychological support of professional health of specialists, the organization and methodological foundations of empirical research provides grounds for developing its conceptual model and clarifying the peculiarities of the manifestations of professional health. The developed conceptual model of psychological support of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises made it possible to conduct the empirical part of the work. It includes three stages of research: theoretical, empirical, final; the structure of psychological support for professional health of specialists: purpose, tasks, principles, management, psychological assistance, psychodiagnostic tools; the program of psychological support of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises and practical recommendations for its application.
Psychodiagnostics of the examinees' professional health was carried out using a set of methods aimed at studying individual typological features and motivation; components of health and attitudes towards it, subjective well-being and prevailing coping strategies in stressful situations; resource and functional reserves of the individual; determination of professional vitality, diagnostic criteria of emotional burnout and research of occupational health factors.
With the help of a set of methods, an empirical study was conducted in the period 2021-2024 to determine the characteristics of the manifestations of occupational health in 146 managers of trade enterprises - before the war, in 105 managers - at the beginning of the war (the first 3 months of the war) and 98 managers after one and a half years from beginning of the war, 25 of them took part in the formative experiment.
According to the research materials, the peculiarities of the manifestations of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises in the pre-war period, at the beginning and after one and a half years of the war were established.
As a result, a general regularity has been determined, which consists in the deterioration of the professional health of the examinees during the war in comparison with the pre-war period, which is an indication for the need to develop a program of psychological support for the professional health of managers of trade enterprises.
The author's comprehensive program of psychological support of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises in special conditions of activity was developed, taking into account the peculiarities of the manifestations of the components of professional health, which were determined in different periods of the war.
The goal of the program is the formation of competences in the maintenance, preservation and restoration of professional health. It is aimed at implementing a healthy lifestyle; mastery of effective self-regulation techniques; skills of prevention and constructive resolution of conflicts; positive self-attitude and reflection; professional motivation.
For the implementation of the program of psychological support of professional health of specialists, practical recommendations for its application have been developed, which include: Introduction. Chapter 1. Psychological methods of researching the components of occupational health. Section 2. The program of psychological support of the professional health of managers of trade enterprises.
It was established and proven that the use of a comprehensive program of psychological support for occupational health was effective and had a positive effect on the components of occupational health.
The practical significance of the work is that its materials can be used in the implementation of measures and means of psychological support of the educational process and professional health of trade organization specialists.
