Belichenko L. Psychological peculiarities of forming a posof officers of military educational institutions

The primary purpose of forming a positive image of military officers is to create a targeted impact on the minds of cadets, shaping their education as individuals and fostering their professional development as future defenders of the Motherland. This issue has become especially relevant since the beginning of fullscale military operations on the territory of Ukraine. This is due to the fact that 8 after graduating from a military university, most cadets take up leadership positions and subordinate personnel (people they will be responsible for, whom they will need to orchestrate to perform combat missions). Graduates – formerly cadets – will be able to cope with this task only if they can create their own positive image among their subordinates. Unfortunately, the curricula of military universities do not include courses on creating a positive image of the Armed Forces and individual officers. In addressing this issue, the emphasis should be on the officers who teach and educate them. In this way, cadets will be able to learn from their experience that will be useful for their future professional activities. This underscores the relevance of our topic.
