The dissertation has the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of an important scientific problem of features of the formation of gender identity of homosexual people. Taking into account scientific approaches in social psychology, personality psychology, gender psychology, the dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problem of features of gender identity of homosexual people. The concept of LGBTik+ communities, content and structure of gender identity of LGBTik+ is revealed. The peculiarities of gender identity of homosexual people are systematized, among which social, cultural, psychological. The structure of the gender identity of LGBTik+ as a ratio of cognitive, conatic, affective components is considered. The theoretical model of gender identity of LGBTik+is constructed. The cognitive component of the gender identity of LGBTik+ includes different aspects of knowledge, beliefs and awareness of a person about his gender identity. The ledge component of LGBT identity concerns behavioral aspects and intentions related to the self-perception and expression of the individual as part of the LGBT community. The affective LGBT identity component includes emotional aspects and personal experiences related to sexual orientation or gender identity. It is determined that the main factors of formation of gender identity LGBTik+ are objective and subjective gender space.
