The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of psychological support of participants of the inclusive process in pre -school institutions, in particular teachers and parents. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for teachers and parents of children, including special educational needs, in effective forms of psychological assistance, which is an important aspect for their successful integration into the educational process. Modern requirements for inclusive education require new approaches to the preparation of teachers and involvement of parents, since the success of inclusion depends significantly on qualitative psychological support, corresponding to individual-psychological qualities, assam: emotional intelligence, empathy, tolerance, communicative self-control; the readiness of all participants to cooperate in a variety. On the basis of theoretical generalization of domestic and foreign scientific works, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of psychological support of participants of the inclusive process are determined. The analysis outlines the key aspects that affect the success of inclusive education, as well as the needs and challenges that teachers and parents face in the process of interaction with children, including special educational needs.
