Essay

Object of research - pedagogical trainig of officers in the system of military education. Aim of reserch - scientific working out of didactical conditions of increasing of quality of pedagogical training of officers on the base of using of play technologies in the system of higher military education. Methods of research and apparatus - the theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature, education and methodical documentation of the higher educational establishments, progressive pedagogical methods and results of educational activity of cadets; observation; talks; filling in a questionnaires; method of expert marks; role-play modelling on the base of blitz-games; pedagogical experiment in its stating and forming functions. Theoretical and practical results - historical and pedagogical analysis of using play technologies in preparation of military cadre was done for the first time; classification of pedagogical blitz-games as a basement of their choice for using was worked out, essence and content of pe dagogical blitz-games was determined, the model of choice and usage of pedagogical blitz-games in accordance with the classification was worked out, generalised program of pedagogical trainig of cadets oriented on personal development and constructive behaviour of subjects in pedagogical activity was worked out, the metodological system usage of pedagogical blitz-games which can be used as invariant model of activation of teaching and educational process in higher military education. Novelty of this innovation - the variant of classification of pedagogical blitz-games was worked out, the basis of essence and content of pedagogical blitz-games was further developed, the main didactical conditions of using blitz-games in the educational process of military academy was determined. Level of introduction - in the educational process of the National Academy of Border Troops of Ukraine, Kiev Humanitarian military institute; in scientific research work 293-0701 K. Field of usage - in the process of pedagogical t rainig of officers with using profissional-oriented play technologies ( in particular pedagogical blitz-games) in the system of military education.
