Klachko V. Formation of motivation of educational activities of students of military higher educational institutions

The object of research is contained in educational activity of cadets of military higher educational institutions. The purpose of reserch is in basing of psychological and pedagogical conditions of the purposelful motivation of educational activity of cadets of military higher educational institutions. Reserch methods and equipment: analysis and socialization of literature sourses, observation, completing questionnaires, content-analysis, analysis of activity products, J. Kelly's repertoire lattice techniques, pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results : the essence, the content, structural components and determinations of formation of cadets' educational activity motivation are made exact; the criteria and degree of formation of cadets' educational activity motivation are defined; typical variants of motive structure, representing different degree of educational activity motivation are exposed for the first time and psychological pedagogical conditions of formation of optimum structu re of educational activity motives are well grounded. Practical value of the research lies in the fact that principles, forms and methods of organization of educational process are worked out to provide the formation of the optimum motive structure of cadets' educational activity, the diagnostics methods of cadets' attitude to special subjects and of general education. Worked out complex system of educational process organization in combination with certain principles and application of methods recommended let liven the cadets' educational and cognitive activities, improve their attitude to studies. The novelty of innovation: typical variants of hierarchy structure of educational activity notes of cadets of a military higher educational institution are exposed; the criteria and degree of cadets' educational motives formation are defined; psychological and pedagogical conditions of the optimum structure formation are grounded; the dynamics of cadets' educational activity formation in the complex introducti on process of context education process are revealed; scientific ideas about factors and conditions of cadets' motive realm formation are broadened and deepened. The degree of introduction: in educational process of National Academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine (Khmelnitsky) and Kiev Institute of Home Affairs. The field of application: in higher military and civil educational institutions to improve the cadets' and students' records in the studies and to form the motivation structure of cadets (students) that would reach the optimum one.
