Object of research: process of musical education of the young schoolchildren. The purpose: a scientific substantiation and experimental check of the efficiency of organizational-pedagogical conditions of formation of musical culture of the young schoolchildren during interaction of general educational and children's musical schools. Methods: the analysis and synthesis, concrete dfinition of theoretical knowledge; study of results of pedagogical activity, supervision, questionairing, creation of problem situations, prompting, art-pedagogical dialogue, activization of the creative activity of schoolchildren. Results and novelty of research: specification of essence of concept " musical culture of the person", substantiation and concrete definition its structural elements, definition of parameters and criteria of a degree of formation, improvement of the contents of musical training and revealing of features of musical-educational process in conditions of interaction the two types of schools. Subject, de gree and efficiency of approbation: definition and approbation of organizational-pedacogical conditions of formation of musical culture of the young schoolchildren substantiation and introduction of methodical maintenance during interaction of general educational and children's musical schools. Field of application: different types of schools of a musical-aesthetic and art direction
