Radvans'kyj I. Pedagogical conditions and ways of Internal Troops officers preparation in the high military educational establishment to the managment activities.

Investigation object - training process of the higher military educational establishments students for administrative activity. Investigation aim - to reveal and substantiate the main directions and pedagogical conditions of a rise in effectiveness of students' training at the higher military educational establishments for administrative activity. Investigation methods and apparatus - analysis, psychological and pedagogical literature generalization, empirical material synthesis, observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results - essence, subject and peculiarities of higher military educational establishments administrative activity notion have been defined; main contradictions and tendencies are investigated; new approaches to criteria determination and effectiveness levels of students' training for administrative activity have substantiated; main directions and pedagogical conditions of students' administrative training improvement are defined and substantiated. Practical recommendations on rise in effectiveness of students' administrative training at the higher military educational establishments have been worked out. The results of this investigation, theoretical conditions and practical recommendations make it possible for people who are in charge of higher military educational establishments and courses to carry out students' administrative training more effective. Innovation novelty - complex programme of improvement students' administrative training at the higher military establishments have been worked out, model of students' training at the higher military establishments for administrative activity has been suggested; methodology of administrative training levels definition and plan on conducting "Scientific administrative principles" course have been presented. Introduction extent - in teaching process of the National Academy of Borderguard Troops of Ukraine, at the department of internal troops; at the Kyyiv Academy of internal troops; in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Field of usage - in teaching process at the higher military establishments, at musters and on-duty courses.
