Yurchuk Y. Pedagogical development conditions of educational culture of the future Ukrainian Interior Troops officers

Investigation object - educational culture development of cadets in higher military establishments. Investigation aim - working out and substantiating methodical recommendations concerning the organization of effective and pedagogically controlled educational culture development of cadets in higher military establishments. Investigation methods and apparatus - observation, conversation, questionnairing, expert evaluation, pedagogical experiment, scientific literature analysis, method of mathematical data processing, making graphs, tables, diagrams. Theoretical and practical results - educational culture development complex programme of cadets has been worked out and experimentally tested. It permitted to substantiate evaluation methods as to the activity effectiveness of instructors and commanders which is focused on educational culture development of cadets and activization of their cognitive activity. Practical recommendations concerning the educational process improvement equipping commanders of hi gher military establishments and departments, instructors and unit leaders with knowledge needed for training highly qualified officers have been formulated on the bases of methods offered. Innovation novelty - activity evaluation criteria of instructors and commanders and content aspect of such notions as "educational culture" and "educanional culture development" have been improved. Development levels of educational culture of cadets have been determined for the first time. Negative influence factors on educational development process of cadets have been determined and methods of their neutralizing have received their further development. The system of measures has been improved and introduced into the pedagogical process. It is aimed at equipping instructors and commanders with necessary knowledge and skills needed for effective education process control of cadets. Introduction extent - investigation results have been introduced into officer's training process of the separate faculty of Interior Troops of Ukraine at the National Academy of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnitskiy and at the Interior Troops faculty of Kiyv Interior Troops Institute of Ukraine.
