Tykhonchuk A. Psychological conditions of effective administrative activity of the heads of the military groups

Investigation object - managerial activity of the modern Head of military group. Investigation goal - investigation of psychological rules and mechanizms, whichfacilitate the improvement of managerial activity efficiency of the heads of military groups. Investigation methods and apparatus - stating and forming experiment, psychodiagnostics, content-analysis, observations, discussions, tests, results, evaluation. Theoretical and practical results - the further development and support of the psychological provision of the managerial activities of military groups heads. The implementation of this concept is aimed at qualitative improvement of their professional perfomance efficiency. It's also provides for further development of practical and methodological basis for their everyday activities in combating socio-psychological problems. The results of this investigation were tested and successfully used during the elaboration of the provision and creation of scientific-methodological and software, support for specific trainings. Investigated instruments enables to conduct diagnostics and monitoring of the managerial activities, іmproves their efficiency, taking into the considerations the impact of different determinants. Innovation novelty - new theoretical and experimental data was collected about the socio-psychological peculiarities of the managerial activities of the heads of military groups. The model of socio- acmeological provision of the managerial activities of the heads of military groups was elaborated. The data-bank of original methods of socio-psychological investigation of different components of the managerial activities of the heads of military groups was proposed. The main directions of provisioning of efficient managerial activities of the heads of military groups were elaborated. Introduction extent - in the educatuional process of the National academy of Borderguards Troops of Ukraine, in the military units, regional NCC under the Cabinet of Ministres of Ukraine. Usage sphere - in the pro cess of training and retraining of ukrainian Boardguard Troops officers and during the annual perfomance assessment of administrative military staff.
