Methodical preparation of the students at the Military Departments of the Higher Civil Educational Institutions. To theoretically prove and experimentally check the pedagogical conditions of the formation of methodical skills of the students at the Military Departments of the Higher Civil Educational Institutions. Research techniques: theoretical: - generalization analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature, synthesis of the empirical material, classification, inductive methods (likeness, difference, supporting changes); empirical - diagnostic methods (quiz, interview, conversation); observational methods (direct input, indirect observation); experimental methods - analytical, formational experiment). The results, obtained during the research, are elaborated at the PC. The author elaborated the methodology of discovering and improving of the methodic skills of the military departments students; elaborated and experimentally proved the system of skill-formation of the students of the milita ry departments; formed the departmental educational and material basis; elaborated and distributed the recommendations for the formation of methodic skills of the graduate students of the military departments. The author improved the contents and essence of methodical preparation of the students at the military departments; improves the essence of the complex way of the formation of the methodical skills of the students at the military departments; for the first time elaborated and proved the contents and the system of the formation of the methodical skills of the students at the military departments; for the first time basically proved the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the methodical skills of the students at the military departments.
