Dunets' L. Psychological conditions of professional motivated formation of students at the higher military educational establishments.

The object of investigation - the process of forming the students' professional motivation at the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine named by B. Khmelnitskiy. The purpose of the investigation to determine theoretically and ground experimentally psychological conditions of forming students' professional motivation at the Higher Military School. Methods of investigation and apparatus: theoretical problem's analysis, establishing and formulating the experiments where such methods were applied: active socially-psychological training; psychological help to the students' of the Higher Military School; matematical statistics with the purpose of treating results of investigation and development examination students' professional motivation at the Higher Military School (the National Academy of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine). Theoretical and practical results: substance and peculiarities of professional motivation of the students' at the Higher Military School have been determined. The l evels of forming cadets' professional motivation at the Higher Military School are exposed. Psychological conditions of forming students' professional motivation at the Higher Military School have been worked out and experimentally controlled. Practical value of receiving results is in working out scientific-practical recommendations to psychologists and pedagogues of the Higher Military School. The investigation results may be used not only at the military but at the civil Higher Educational Schools of Ukraine. The novelty of investigation - psychological conditions of forming professional motivation of the students' at the Higher Military School have been worked out first and such results have been received as: a) substance and peculiarities of professional motivation have been presented; b) criterions are worked out and levels of forming professional motivation have been exposed; c) psychological conditions of forming professional motivation have been determined. The level of instillation. in the process o f students' training at the Higher Military School. The sphere of utilization: Higher Military in the training process of the School while teaching future officers of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine.
