Essay

Investigation object – the process of future border officers’ ethno-pedagogical culture development. Investigation objective – theoretical and experimental analysis of the cadets’ ethno-pedagogical culture development level at the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine and revealing pedagogical conditions of its improvement. Investigation methods and apparatus – 1. Theoretical methods: scientific methodical literature analysis, pedagogical experience analysis, organizing methods (complex method, comparative analysis). 2. Empirical methods: experiment (ascertaining and forming), observation and selfobservation, diagnostic methods (text, forms, questionnaires). 3. Methods of processing study results: methods of mathematical statistics (variational and correlative analysis), study results graph (histograms, tables), interpreting ethno- pedagogical culture personality study results. The results received while conducting experiments have been codified and worked out by computer. Theoretical and practical results – the pedagogical conditions of future officers’ ethno-pedagogical culture during teaching process have been revealed and confirmed with the help of experiment; the essence, contents and structure of future specialists ethno-pedagogical culture have been specified; concrete recommendations on the future officers’ improvement during teaching process have been worked out and substantiated; some corrections as to content of the courses “General and military pedagogy”, “Methodology of educational activity” have been presented. Innovation Novelty - methodological recommendations on the future officers’ ethno-pedagogical culture development have been worked out; the essence, contents and structure of future specialists ethno- pedagogical culture development have been specified; pedagogical conditions of ethno-pedagogical culture have been revealed for the first time. Application degree - the results of the research work have been applied in the units of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine, in e ducational process of the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky. Usage sphere – the obtained results can be used while conducting the Military Pedagogy, Military Psychology, General Pedagogy and Psychology lessons at the military educational establishments; while working out educational establishments; while working out educational and methodological textbooks on discipline of cultural, psychological and pedagogical cycles, as well as while conducting extension and personnel refresher courses.
