Essay

Investigation object - the English language teaching process. Investigation aim - cadets' creative abilities development rising pedagogical conditions theoretical grounding and experimental testing, methodical recommendations as to cadets' creative abilities development working out. Investigation methods - analysis of scientific sources on cadets' creative abilities development, pedagogical experience and independent characteristics studying and generalization, questionnaring, testing, pedagogical experiment, statistic methods of the gained results estimation. Theoretical and practical results - cadets' creative abilities notion while teaching English has been clarified, exponent system of the determination of cadets' creative abilities has been improved; pedagogical conditions of cadets' creative abilities development have been determined, methodical recommendations concerning cadets' creative abilities development while teaching English have been worked out. The results of the investigation can be u sed in higher military educational establishments while organizing teaching work and during officers additional training. Introduction novelty - pedagogical conditions of cadets' creative abilities development effectiveness while learning English have been investigated for the first time. Introduction degree - the research results have been utilized in teaching process of the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine, Technological University of Podillyа. Utilization sphere (branch) - educational process of military higher educational establishments.
