Object of research: process of the forming of senior pupils' professional direction to the professions in the sphere of management. Purpose of research: definition and substantiation of the contents and pedagogical means of the effective formation of senior pupils' professional direction to the professions in the sphere of management. Methods: theoretical analysis, study and generalization of pedagogical experience, methods of mathematical statistics, benchmark analysis, empirical methods of study, which are underlying and forming the pedagogical experiment. Results and novelty of research: refinement of an essence of concept of a professional directivity of the person to the professions in the sphere of management, indexes and criterions of its forming. Subject, degree and efficiency of an intrusion: special course of the professionally orientation contents, pattern of professionally orientation activity and combination of pedagogical means of formation of senior pupils' professional direction to the professions in the sphere of management.
