Essay

Research Object : the lysine fodder concentrate "Liprot" (RAD - the nitrogen-bearing additive) (Ukraine), premix "Pig" (France) and nitrogen-bearing fodder additive made of a tanning wastage (ADKO) (Ukraine), and also blood, muscle tissue, internals of pigs and rats. The purpose of work: to define influence of lysine - protein additives on an organism of pigs and veterinary-sanitary assessment of received meat production. To check up a toxicity of the fodder additives on a test - organism Tetrachimena piriphormis. To lead chemical analysis of the fodder additives. To define influence of the fodder additives on a physical resistance and meat productivity of pigs. To give veterinary-sanitary and biological assessment of received production from an animal, which fed the different fodder additives. To prove economic effect from application of the fodder additives in pigs rations. Methods of research and instrumentation: hematological (blood of pigs and rats), biochemical (blood serum of pigs and rats) , immunological (blood of pigs), chemical-toxicological (meat of pigs and rats), organoleptic (meat of pigs). Besides the biological assessment of pigs meat is lead. Was used: centrifuge, Ph-meter, FEC, atom-adsorptive spectrophotometer. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: the opportunity of use of the lysine - protein additives for rising a resistance, productivity and quality enriching of pigs meat is scientifically proved. A complex veterinary-sanitary assessment of products from pigs which fed the protein - mineral additive, Liprot-RAD and Liprot-ADKO in comparison with a vitamin-mineral premix "Pig" are lead for the first time . Fixed, that the fodder additives activate the factors of a nonspecific resistance of animals, therefore the biological value of received production increases. Degree of introduction: to develop the methodical references on application of the protein - mineral additive in a feeding of agricultural animals, which predicated by scientific council of zooengineer faculty o f National Agrarian University 6.12.2000. (protocol N5) Sphere (range) of application: hygiene of animals and veterinary-sanitary examination, physiology, clinical biological chemistry, feeding of agricultural animals.
