Kushnir V. Pedagogical conditions of formation of mutual relation in collectives of parts and divisions of Boundary armies of Ukraine

Object of the research: the process of relations forming and adjustment in Border Guard Troops of Ukraine (BGTU) units. Aim of the research: to determine, theoretically substantiate and experimentally prove pedagogical conditions of efficiency improvement of the process of relations forming and adjustment in BGTU units. Methods and apparatus of the research: general methods of theoretical level, methods of empirical investigation, mathematical statistics methods, pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results: methods of pedagogical diagnostics of relations among the personnel of BGTU units have been developed, methodical recommendations for BGTU senior officials in the field of military personnel relations forming and adjustment have been prepared. The complex program of pedagogical influence on interpersonal relations in military groups which has been elaborated in the research, enables commanding staff of border units to improve the effectiveness of educational work aimed at forming andcorrection of relations in military units on the basis of determined personal characteristics and socio-psychological processes within military groups. Novelty of the research: for the first time pedagogical conditions of efficiency improvement of relations forming in BGTU units have been determined. The essence and structure of relations within military groups have been specified; criteria and indices of relations assessment have been substantiated. Principal propositions on structure, classification and correction of military officials' professional communication styles, their pedagogical culture and socio-psychological competence have been developed. Degree of implementation: in educational process of Chernivtsy and Lviv border detachments, at training detachment in Velyki Mosty of North-western BGTU Command as well as in educational and training process of the National Academy of BGTU. Sphere (field) of utilization: the results attained in the research can be utilized in educational process with BGTU unitspersonnel.
