. Object of research - process of cadets' of higher military establishment controlling activity culture formation. Aim of research - to reveal, to ground theoretically and to check experimentally the ways and pedagogical conditions of future officers' controlling activity formation effectiveness rising while training. Methods of research and equipment - scientific methods of theoretical level, empirical research and mathematical statistics method, pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results. The methods of future borderguard officer's activity culture formation level determination has been worked out. The main pedagogical conditions and ways of future borderguard officer's activity culture formation while training have been revealed, grounded and checked experimentally. The worked out complex pedagogical programmer concerning future borderguard officers' controlling activity culture formation let the teachers and officers of training units to raise the effectiveness level of cadets controlling activity culture formation while training.
