Essay

Liposomal sandostatin and liposomal dalargin efficacy in rats in conditions of the acute experimental pancreatitis (AEP) are investigated with the aim of this pathology complex pathogenetic treatment performing out. It was shown that AEP development accompanied with both neutral and acid proteasis activity increasing, (1-antitrypsin level increasing and plasma protein level decreasing. Besides, one could see the peroxidation processes intensification and antioxidant defense inhibition in pancreatic and liver parenchyma. Abovementioned seems to be the possible AEP pathogenetic mechanisms. Liposomal sandostatin activity was higher comparing with liposomes and nonliposomal sandostatin as well as liposomal dalargin activity was higher comparing with nonlipo-somal dalargin in according to their influence on the proteolysis activity, lipoperoxidation and antioxidant defense processes in pancreatic and liver parenchyma, erythrocytes membrane functional activity indexes as well as to the general cholesterin and phospholipids levels.
