3. The object of investigation: the process of forming of humanist ideal of school youth. The subject of investigation: pedagogical conditions of forming of humanist ideal of senior pupils through extra-curricular activities. The purpose of investigation: to base theoretically, to work out and to check up experimentally the pedagogical conditions of effective forming of humanist ideal of senior pupils under the market economic conditions. The scientific innovation is in the determination and the definition of the content of the notion "the humanist ideal, its structure, formation levels and criteria, in working out the most effective pedagogical conditions, means and methods of the humanist ideal's forming.
