Sinkevych S. Сadets' value attitude formation in the higher military educational establishments to foreign language

Investigation object - cadets' foreign language leaning process in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation aim - to substantiate and scientifically verify the pedagogical conditions of cadets' value attitude formation in the higher military educational establishments to foreign language leaning. Investigation methods - theoretical analysis of philosophic, psychological and pedagogical scientific sources with the aim to clear out essence and content of cadets' value attitude in the higher military educational establishments to foreign language leaning; questionnaring and observation methods to learn modern practice with regard to cadets' value attitude formation in the higher military educational establishments to foreign language leaning; pedagogical experiment for testing the main factors and pedagogical conditions which influence the cadets' value attitude formation in the higher military educational establishments to foreign language leaning; statistic methods of the gained results and qualitative dependence between investigated phenomena definition estimation. Theoretical and practical rezults - the ways of the profession and person oriented approaches practical introduction has been methodically approved (taking into account the peculiarities of the educational process in the higher military educational establishments; scientific and methodical recommendations on stated items have been worked out. Introduction novelty - the Model of cadet's value attitude formation to foreign language learning and the Program of its realisation have been developed and experimentally tested for the first time. The standard of value attitude to foreign language learning has been defined. It has been clarified a sense, structure, indices, and levels of cadets' value attitude to foreign language learning. The basic factors and pedagogical conditions have been defined with regard to the level of value attitude: taking into account the specific peculiarities of cadets' motive and value sphere development during the educational process; using of profession oriented approach; personal value of the foreign language for the cadets; creative conditions at foreign language lessons. Introduction degree - the research results have been implemented into educational process of the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine named after B. Khmelnyts'kyi, Military Engineer Institute of Podillya State Agrarian Technical Academy and Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization NTU "Kyyv Polytechnic Institute". Utilization sphere (branch) - educational process of the higher military educational establishments.
