Rudov B. Junior courses cadets' adaptation to the training at the higher military educational establishments

Object of research - educational process in the higher military educational establishments. The purpose of research - to justify theoretically and test experimentally psychological and pedagogical conditions of successful junior courses cadets' adaptation to the higher military educational establishments. Testing methods and instrumentation - general scientific methods of theoretical level; methods of trial-and-error research - expert estimations and mathematical statistics; pedagogical experiment. The theoretical and practical results are determined and the psychological and pedagogical conditions and ways of successful junior courses cadets' adaptation to training in the higher military educational establishments are justified; the technique of social - pedagogical diagnosing educational, service and social adaptation of the cadets of junior courses of the higher military educational establishments has been worked out; the comprehensive programme of the cadets' personal adaptation to the training inthe higher military educational establishments of MOI has been elaborated. Novelty of the research - psychological and pedagogical conditions of successful adaptation of the junior courses cadets in the higher military educational establishments are justified for the first time: the necessity of the control professional and value orientations of the cadets during organization of educational and cognitive, and service activities; an individualization of training with regard to complications arising in cognitive activities of the cadets; formation of skills self regulation during the educational activity; nature of the adaptation process has been updated regarding the junior courses cadets' training in the higher military educational establishments, its structure and basic periods; an article about indexes and levels of the cadets of junior courses of the higher military educational establishments of MOI has received the further development.
