Seredyuk L. Pedagogical conditions of the optimization process of personal self-expression for senior pupils

Object of research: Process of personal self-expression of schoolchildren. Subject of research: pedagogical conditions which realize the needs of personal self-expression of senior pupils and provide the realization of these needs in school educational process. Purpose of research: theoretical substation and experimental control of pedagogical conditions, technologies and their fulfillment which provide the efficiency of the process of personal self-expression of senior pupils. Methods: theoretical, empiric, experimental, mathematical, prognostic. Scientific novelty consists in substantiation of the series of pedagogical conditions which provide the consecution of correction of communicative sphere, motivations, needs and activity sphere of personality of senior pupils in process of self-expression; personally oriented technologies of fulfillment of these conditions, taking into account adaptive-developing mechanism of personality socialization; scientific standards for discovery of levels of personalself-expression of senior pupils and proper typification of pupils. Sphere of utilization: for teachers, educators of general education schools, for training of teachers in pedagogical universities of Ukraine and institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education.
