Investigation object - the cadets' military and professional training in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation aim lies in theoretical substantiation, working out and practical utilization of information technologies means while preparing a military specialist for his professional activity. Theoretical and practical results: professional and pedagogical training is an inherent part of the military and professional training; the military and professional training influences professional environment informatization and quality of the military and professional functions accomplishment; instructors, commanders and cadets interaction within information and technology environment of the higher military educational establishment forms the readiness for achievement of the military and pedagogical function in the conditions of military and professional activity informatization. Introduction novelty - pedagogical conditions of future officers' readiness formation for their professional activity by means of information technologies have been determined and substantiated for the first time; the theoretical model of information technologies means utilization while performing information and pedagogical training has been worked out for the first time; there has been specified the structure and the content of the military specialist readiness for its professional activity in the conditions of military and professional environment informatization; there also has been specified the structure and the content of the professional and pedagogical preparation in the conditions of the higher military educational establishments. Introduction degree: the research results have been utilized in teaching process of the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine, separate faculty of Interior Troops in the National BorderGuard Academy of Ukraine, military units 9971 and 1494. Utilization sphere (branch) - in the process of professional, military and humanitarian units' personnel training, the military educational establishments, officers' follow-on training.
