Zagreva V. Legal Education of Senior Schoolchildren in the Educational Process of General Residential Schools

Objekt of research: the process of legal education in the general boarding schools. Target of research: pedagogical conditions of the legal education of schoolchildren in the boarding schools. Coal of research: the scientific ground and elaboration of pedagogical conditions for the efficacious realization the legal education of the schoolchildren in the educational activity of the general boarding schools. Methods: theoretical, empiricical, statistical data processing. Scientific innovations: the integral research of the modern peculiarities of schoolchildren’s legal education in the boarding schools in the aspect of maintenance and defense people’s rights; fro the position of personal active approach was proposed three criterions (cognitive, emotional- motivative, active- conductical ) and levels of the schoolchildren’s legal education with account such qualities as devotion freedom’s equalities, valuable, the respect to the people’s rights, unreconciliational attitude to all forms of discrimination;at first time the conception “legal fields” was generalized as system of spezial knowledges, standards and schoollife’s traditions, that provide the product by pupils legal consciousness and experience of legal conduct. Field of application: general boarding schools, academies, inservice teacher training systems, programs, guides.
