Essay

Object: training teachers to higher institutions of different qualification. Aim: to describe scientifically and to check up experimentally the effectiveness of organizing-pedagogical ways of perfection of the processes in selecting and forming teaching staff in higher institutions of Ukraine. Methods: to disover pedagogical observing, questionnairing, conversations with students, modeling, pedagogical experiment and statistic analysis of the reseaching results. Theoretical and practical results: the analysis of expert values proved that for two years of the practical work at a higher institution the representatives had improved their professional, personal and business abilities; the pedagogical professionalism had increased thanking the work due to the programme of development of the teaching staff professionalism. Further along the effectiveness in young teachers' working has practically increased. Scientific news: for the first time the author of the researching work found the model of selecting and forming teaching staff; for the first time it was found the organizing model of rapid managing the given system; it was worked out the professional diagrammes of a teacher in higher institution. This diagramme includes the methodical and scientific observation of teaching subjects; the level of success in professional activities and the level of student knowledge; it was worked out the limits in valuing the effectiveness at a process of forming teaching staff in a modern higher institution of Ukraine. The practical sphere: practical recommendations worked out by us are used by the leaders of higher institutions in a process of selecting and forming teaching staff.
