Tsisinska S. The dynamics of pathogenetic indicators and therapy of inflammable processes of distal part of live - stock's extremities (clinical - experiment research)

Subject of Researches - aseptic pododermatitis and pyo-necrotik processes in distal area of extremities in cattle.Purpose of Researches - Experimental and theoretical grounding of use of antibacterial, immunostimulated and anti-inflammatory preparations to treat cattle suffering with inflammatory processes in the distal area of extremities. Basing on the obtained results rational methods of therapy are suggested. Methods of Researches - experimental, clinical and hematological (erythrocytes, leukocytes, leukogram), biological (common protein and its fractions, hemoglobin, glucose, Ca, Na, K, Mg, carotene, reserve alkali, alkaline phosphatose) and bacteriological. Scientific novelty: informativity of dynamics of pathogenetic indices at aseptic inflammatory process in distal area of extremities of cattle has been found out. On the basis of arterial and venous difference of content in blood of separate organic and mineral substances we've suggested to use rational therapeutic methods directing to renewblood microcirculation in a zone of inflammatory process. Studied the blood from the artery and vein we have determined that in the blood discharged out from the tissues of distal area of extremities at aseptic inflammatory process correlation between albumin and globulin is changed. At that the morphological composition of blood is changed - the amount of eosinophile increases and neutrophile - decreases. It has been proved that pveparations of generally stimulated action (aloe extract, propolis extract, ASD-f2) at their parenteral using act on different links of immune system. Ground: reasonable using of dimexide novocainic, dimexide heparinic and dimexide acetyl-salicylic acids compresses at inflammatory processes in distal area of cattle's extremities. To render harmless of surgery infection in wounds, prophylactic of septic complications as well as to increase antimicrobic action of antibiotics reasonable is to dilute them by 10% dimexide with 0,5% solution of novocaine. In has been grounded the effectiveness of using preparations ASD-f2 for pyo-inflammatory processes, and introduction of aloe extract with propolis extract for chronic ones. The scheme of prophylaxis extract for chronic ones. The scheme of prophylaxis of cows extremities basing on additional feeding up with vitamin and mineral mixtures has been suggested.
