Essay

The object - fodder, lactating cows, milk, amines, humolite. The aim - to study the content and the dynamics of amines accumulation in fodder, clinical condition, resistance, metabolic status and cows milk quality under the chronic amines influence, to propose the method of their toxicability reduction in an animal organism. The methods - stock-breeding, physiological, biochemical, statistical and analytical methods of results processing. The novelty - it was established, that important indices, being identified in corn silage at first, and reduce, fodder quality are ethyl, methyl and isobuthylamin. The total amount of these substances is significantly increasing during the fodder storage process, reaching the level of 0,2 gr/kg. The compensated metabolic acidosis state, tissue hypoxia, urinegenesis process increase are observed in lactating cows wising feeding with increased level of aliphatic amines to 5,42 mg per kg of body mass. Under these conditions clinical state indices, ratio of blood plasma protein fraction content and resistance are changing. Feeding cows with humolite promotes the acid-alkaline blood balance, clinical state, resistance and metabolic status normalization and improves milk quality. The research results were included to the scientific and practical recommendations "About prophylaxis of metabolic status infringement in cows bodies and treatment of calves neonatal diarrhea", which have been proved by the State Department of Veterinary Medicine of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine (registered №15-14/17, 19.02.2001 year). The branch - veterinary medicine.
