The dissertation is devoted to a problem of features of the organization and the contents of humanistic education of learning 5-9 classes in schools - boarding schools. It is theoretically proved scientifically pedagogical positions of a researched problem as optimum possible(probable) teenagers for successful humanistic education with difficulties in after-hour activity; the social and economic and pedagogical phenomena which were the reason of occurrence of pupils with difficulties in dialogue with coevals and adults are investigated; For elimination of negative influence of these phenomena the special technique of dialogue in which basis known positions of teachers - humanists are put is developed. The model of educational work under the maintenance(contents) of activity in after-hour time and model of operative management is developed and checked experimentally up by it(her) which have provided clearness and a coordination in educational work, promoted an establishment of a positive psychological climate in mutual relation of schoolboys and teachers. The most effective forms of the pedagogical help to teenagers with difficulties in after-hour dialogue are determined and checked experimentally up during their intellectual development and social becoming.
